- Planting: Installation of new plants, flowers, and shrubs.

- Hard Landscaping: Maintenance of patios, pathways, and other hard surfaces.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments for garden maintenance services are to be scheduled in advance. We require a minimum notice period of 48 hours for all bookings. While we strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, bookings are subject to availability.
2.1 Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or the forfeiture of any prepaid services.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for our services are due as follows:
- Upfront Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the services.
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and major credit cards. All payments must be made in full and on time to avoid service interruptions.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to qualify for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost.
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or if the client fails to be present at the scheduled time.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring access to the garden premises during scheduled service times.
- Removing any personal belongings or valuables that may impede service providers.
- Informing us of any specific garden care instructions or known issues.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or incomplete services.
6. Liability
While we strive to perform our services to the highest standards, Garden Maintenance Gunnersbury is not liable for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from:
- Pre-existing conditions in the garden.
- Unpredictable weather conditions.
- Unauthorized alterations or additions made by the client.
We recommend clients to secure any delicate or valuable plants and inform us of any specific areas requiring careful handling.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 14 days. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date shall be payable immediately.
Termination does not absolve the client from paying for any services already performed.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Garden Maintenance Gunnersbury operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our official communication channels. Continued use of our services after such changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Privacy Policy
